Light a Candle for Christmas is a gentle invitation to stop for a while.
To soften.
To breathe.
To ground
This is your opportunity to come home to yourself.
This 75-minute online gathering offers a simple but powerful pause, and a space to return to your own inner light.

We’ll begin with a soft introduction to the practice, so your body and mind can settle before we move into stillness.
You’ll be invited to light a candle and take part in a soothing guided meditation inspired by an ancient Buddhist tradition of shining light.
There will be space to notice where the warmth settled in your body, and only if you chose, share your experience with the group.
You’ll leave with small, grounding rituals to weave into the season whenever you see a candle.
